  • Hubby and I do in our bedroom because we live very close to a flight line and the tower light shines in our bedroom window.

  • Yes in both kids rooms. They have these pretty fabric-type blinds that let in tons of light and we live in a very sunny climate so blackout curtains are good for naps and saving energy.

  • We have them in our bedroom and dining room because both windows face East and it gets very sunny and hot in Nevada.

  • Yes, but only in my son's room. We were hoping it would help him nap during the day, but I don't think it made a difference. It might be helping him sleep a little better at night and in the morning though.

  • Nope. I like the light. I sleep better during the day and have to leave natural light on at night so I can sleep. I have some type of chemical imbalance in my brain :)
