  • Yes it does. You still have to pay to adopt, even if you go through foster care. You pay court fees. Stop trying to cut corners. Making a new post won't change the facts.

  • Yes, fostering cost money. Raising a child cost money, lol. They don't just hand children out to people. To become a foster parent or an adopted parent, you have to submit yourself to mental evaluations, financial evaluations, home evaluations, lots of things.
