ok so i want to know wat is good to help hair grow quicker and healthier like what kind of pills or home remidies

    Actually, prenatal vitamins are good for that, and they're safe to take even if you're not pregnant or breast feeding.

  • Protein. Hair is protein (from what I remember) so give it lots of protein from food sources (and a healthy diet in general) and help it grow as healthy as you can. Remember its mostly genetic, though.

    I've always heard that once it's out of your scalp it's actually dead and you can't do anything to change how thick it is or repair any damage. All you can do smooth it, so try to limit how much you put it through. Lots of heat from blowdryers and styling instruments are damaging. So is bleaching.
