  • Hamburger helper is a big staple here :D As is mac & cheese.

How about...hmm...tomato soup with grilled cheese sammiches? That's one of my all-time favorite meals. It warms you up and fills you up, ahhh. It's even better when you put basil in the tomato soup. It adds this indescribable amazing flavor =3

  • One of my friends gave me the neatest recipe... you take a cupcake pan and press hamburger meat into each of the cups, blended with whatever goodies you would normally put in meatloaf. Then use your thumb to hollow the top portion of each little meatloaf, and fill the tops with either shredded cheese, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, spices, olives, or any other goodies that you can think of! They are called Marvelous Mini Meatloaves. If you want the actual recipe, send me a message and I will send it to you! :-)

  • i like taking HB and browing it with onion. when it's done mix in 3/4 cu pof bbq sauce per 1lb of meat. mix in some shredded cheddar (i use about 1 cup) then pour it into a lightly greased 9x9 pan. sprinkle more cheese on top of it. (i like cheese, i use 2 cups when making this, adjust to your taste). mix 1 cup bisquick, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs then pour ontop of beef/cheese. bake for 25 minutes at 400. yummy!

i also take boneless/skinless chicken breasts, chunk into 1 inch pieces, mix in baking dish (uncooked) with a box of uncle ben's rice (long grain and wild), whatever ingredients it calls for, and a can of cream of mushroom or chicken soup. cover with foil and bake at 350 till the rice looks nice and puffy and the water is pretty much gone. cover with cheese (i like colby jack) and bake uncovered till the cheese is nice and melty. very filling and warming on these cold days.
