Which are your favorite workout songs?

I am currently putting together a "Morning Routine" playlist, and I need some more motivating music for my workout (treadmill, crunches, weight lifting, etc). I am not really a rap or country fan, but I'll give any songs you ladies suggest a listen and a trial run!

  • i'm not really big into pop/rap music except for working out. But I like the rhythm and beat of Britney Spears' "Womanizer". I hula hoop as my main workout (great cardio) and most of the music I do it to is just good upbeat music from classic rock to techno and African tribal

  • I might give that one a listen. I am not a fan of her music generally, but I know a lot of it has that upbeat tempo that is good for working out to. I hate to admit it, but my new playlist contains some Lady Gaga....lol.

  • I love Britney Spears' music...if you go to Itunes and type in britney they will suggest songs that go with her music as well...anything with a good beat. Ke$sha, kyne west, usher, shakeria(sp), techno.

  • Lose yourself by Eminem, Stronger by Kanye West, Wanna be starting somethin by MJ, Welcome to the jungle by Guns n Roses, Bombs over baghdad by Outkast, uhhh...that's all I can think of right now. Songs that are really strong and rhythmic get me pumped up to workout.
