  • Blot the spill with paper towels or a clean cloth. Combine 1 teaspoon carpet shampoo (or dish soap, like Dawn) and 1 cup hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl. Soak a clean sponge in the mixture, squeeze it halfway dry, then gently blot the stain. Continue until the stain lifts. Sponge the stained area with warm water. Blot dry with a clean cloth or paper towels.

    hope this works mama... :)

  • As soon as it spills, before you wipe or try to soak it up, pour seltzer on it. The bubbles will lift the stain out then tamp with towels to soak it all up. Then use dish soap & warm water on a towel and scrub lightly. Pour more seltzer and tamp it again. Then dry by stepping on top of a dry towel until you remove as much water as you can.

  • I don't have a spill, I'm just collecting answers. I use Charlie's Soap on all those kinds of stains. I'm just wondering what others do.
