Anyone know banks with good APR on a mortgage?

  • Try your bank where you have your checking/savings account. Also,you can check the interest rate on mortgages at most banks by just looking them up online. Google a bank then click on their mortgage info.

  • Call several mortgage brokers. It's their job to find you the best rate.

  • EXAMPLE: Wells Fargo....30 year Fixed Rate mortgage is about 4.45 .... really good!
    But that is for people with good credit rating. It is best to talk directly with a Mortgage loan officer at your bank.

  • Skip the banks & go to a credit union. Credit unions always have better rates & customer service.
