how to relieve backpain???

im 33 weeks pregnant and haven't had any pain in my back until today. it was sore this morning, i have taking it easy alday. now the pain has gotten worse. anyone know a good way to lessen the pain??

  • I usually take a tylenol or a hot bath to help ease it up.

  • If you can buy a body pillow, I highly suggest it. I have a bad back even without being pregnant. It's been the best thing for me.

  • heating pad...if it gets worse or doesn't go away with pain meds (tylenol only), call your obgyn.....it may be preterm labor.....

  • Back rubs, bath, body pillow, birth ball (seems to be a B theme here...), Tylenol if you need it. Sitting on the birth ball can really take the pressure off.
