Lipovox to help with weight loss on you tummy? Does it work for energy too? Do you think it is worth buying? Here is the thing, I don't need to loose a lot of weight I have some fat on my tummy that really bugs me and I could use way more energy. Any suggestions? I work out but not helping tons. Thank you.

Low carb foods are chicken, fish, raw unsalted nuts (taking a small handful 30 minutes before eating really helps a person keep from overeating at mealtime), veggies and fruits. Also eating foods with fiber also helps fill you up, which include grains of any kind, just make sure they are 100% Whole grains.
