Would you ever?

Would you ever go back to work for a company that laid you off?

  • Yes...If you were laid off that was just because they had to do some cut backs. If they fired me then no.

  • Depends on the company and the reason for the layoff. If my current company were to have to lay me off, yes I would come back. It's business, it's not personal but people tend to forget that. If it were a layoff for actual legitimate business reasons like cutting costs to save the company, then the economy came back and they could afford to hire me again, I would of course come back. They had to do, what they had to do to save the company. Now would I quit another job, to come back to a company that had previously laid me off...more than likely no.

  • Sure, if it was a good company to work for and maybe they didn't have a choice but lay you off. You got to do whats best for you and swalow your pride sometimes layoffs aren't choices.
