  • Several times a week for baby and toddler toys. The thought of dried up slobber nauseates me.

  • When they fall into something, or if they're coming in from outside. Unless they're soiled, it's not a bad thing for kids to be exposed to some germs, otherwise they don't build up any immunity to regular stuff. This is why we've seen such an increase in allergies and asthma.

  • I spray everything with Lysol at least once a week or more if someone in the house is sick.

  • I didn't have a regular routine. I'm not a germaphobe so I didn't get wigged out about it. But I'm also not a slob. I guess just whenever it was apparent they needed it or when I did thorough cleanings of an area.
