Anyone concerned about Palin being second in line to the Presidency and McCain being the oldest President ever elected into office and with a history of health problems?

  • yeah.... that's one reason among many others i didn't vote for that ticket. anon 12:12... check your facts... heavy smoker? lol. as for mccain's health... his form of skin cancer is not one to write off. and look at the pictures of how he's aged through this campaign. i'm not only concerned about this woman with clearly her own agenda and interpretation of laws, but with an infantile president who has trouble controlling his temper. it's an egofest.

  • Better than Hillary. I'll take Palin over a white, bitter, menopausal democrat massaging that red button ANY day. ; )

  • No more concerned than I am about a President who heavily smokes and refuses to release his complete medical records, other than a note from his doctor that states he's in good health.

No more concerned than I am about his Vice President not being a spring chicken himself and having suffered brain aneurysms.

  • i think Palin would be fine!

and john mccain is in fine health! i have no worries of him "dropping dead" in the next 4 yrs. and if he did i think Palin could do a hell of a better job then Obama!!!

  • Yeah, I'm concerned. But McCain won't win, so it doesn't matter.

You're right. I should've stated that he claims to have quit. However, knowing that he's redefined his middle class ceiling within the last week, gone back on his word about public financing, and said a whole host of other things that people are still questioning--even after a 30 minute personal spot in which he had the floor entirely to himself, unchallenged--

I guess I shouldn't expect him not to keep his word.

  • figaro - what campaign in HISTORY WASN'T an egofest? It just comes along with the territory. And you'd age quite a bit too if you were trying to figure out how to fix what Bush screwed up. *yes, I'm a republican who doesn't like Bush* That would take it's toll on anybody. Damn, I get gray hairs just from chasing after and cleaning up after my kids... McCain is working on cleaning up after the biggest child of them all! He just already had white hair, so the stress had to manifest itself in some other form!! : )
