Where to go to get a halloween costume.....

I went to Walmart yesterday and the costumes are like 17-20 dollars. I think it's a little much for a halloween costume. They are so cheaply made and know it may not last for halloween around my house.Suggestions?

  • That is probably one of the cheapest places. Sometimes the dollar store will have some wings, or capes or something, but not complete costumes. You could try that or just make one on your own out of stuff you have around the house. Get a bag of smarties and tape them on to your child's pants, along with a solid color shirt. - smartie pants. :)

  • My son is going to be a vampire this year. I went to Party City and purchased a cape for $9.99. I will make up his face with my makeup at home. (white and black with a touch of red for the blood effect)
