Have heard that giving a binky helps reduce sids but how does it?

  • i hear it reduces it but u cant force a baby to take a paci i kno i tried w/ my 1st he never took one

  • As Rhianna said he supposed helps regulate their breathing, but so does sleeping near mom. If you are not comfortable with safe co-sleeping then you can try putting the crib/bassinet near your bed in the same room.
