  • One of the local tv news programs reminds everyone (because men, too have mammary glands) to do their breast self-exam once a month.

  • I can't remember the exact numbers but there are a lot of men that have/ or have had breast cancer, not nearly the number of women, but WOW!

  • pregnancy and infant loss awareness month (although i think there's just one day really) as well. so everyone wear pink, purple and blue and pink. what a colorful month.
