  • sure Take 1 small can of yams, drain off the juice and mash them set them to the side. Then take 1/2 cup of butter or margarine, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp of vanilla get them all mixed together. In another bowl put 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp cinnamon mix that all together then dump everything into 1 bowl mix it together (you can add chocolate chips or nuts if you like too) bake them at 350 for about 10-12 minutes
and as for the icing you can make some with either butter a lil cinnamon and powdered sugar with a tiny bit of milk or make some from cream cheese powdered sugar and a pinch of cinnamon hope you enjoy it :)
