What's your fave kind of mushroom? How do you use/cook it?

I have been craving Morels something fierce lately... We used to live close to this hiking trail where you could find bunches of them wild, during the year... Got me wondering about y'all and your taste for 'shrooms! What do you like and how do you cook em??

( I love to use the morels in fall/savory cooking... with things like butternut squash, leeks, apples, pork, cream, mushroom lasagnas, salmon etc etc- mmm)

  • I like a Portabella, sliced and sauteed in butter and oil, with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce, just like I cook a steak.

  • Portabella's are delicious. I like to cook it with some Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.

  • I love a good Portabello, probably because I am very much a meat eater so they are very beefy and yummy. We grill them or stuff them they are delicious.
