  • You can use any of them, including the genetics. They all have the same active ingredients. If you are pregnant, use a 7day, because you don't want a strong dose going to the baby. If you can get to a doctor, they can prescribe a pill called Diflucan, which is much easier (and less messy).

  • I'd also eliminate sugar and white flour from my diet because yeast feeds on that sort of thing, as well as start eating plain organic yogurt everyday....

  • OTC, I use the Monostat 1 day dose. I am prone to them so I take a daily probiotic and haven't had one in 2 years.
