baby weightloss

I asked in babies w no answer I've lost 5 lbs which is what my baby weighed I had severe edema and gained 5 lbs after birth bc of it she said anytime I should be losing the 15 lbs of blood and fluid from pregnancy (my ob) but I am stuck what do I do I'm breast feeding full time I just want it to start coming off I don't care if its slow

  • A good rule to follow is nine months on, nine months off. You didn't gain it overnight, you aren't going to lose it overnight. Just eat healthy, try to be moderately active, and don't worry about weight right now- your new baby and getting used to the baby/mommy relationship is what matters right now.
