At what age did you stop sterilizing your LO's bottles?

When is it safe to just wash and rinse it?

  • We sterilized ours the first time, then we just wash them in the hottest water I can stand. My dishwasher leaves a residue, but that's another option as well.

  • When my LO was 2 mos old. You can wash and rinse or use the dishwasher which btw sterilizes.

  • I never sterilized them. I would bleach them about once a month to give them a thourough cleaning. Other than that it was dishsoap and water from birth on :)
