  • We are doing better. We also did better when Bush was in office than when Clinton was in office. I think how we are doing has more to do with the choices my husband and I make rather than who is in office. We have never just blown our money and we delayed having kids until we were financially set. We will continue to do better every year because of the choices we have made.

  • yes, definitely. financially, and getting better real soon, but its due to my dh's profession/business, not the economy. pharmacists/owners are rarely affected by poor economy.

  • We are better off...in spite of everything the govt is doing to push us the other direction. We both work our behinds off and we are good at squirreling away our money and at investing it.

  • Just about the same. I'm not complaining.
    By 2008, October, I lost a bunch of my retirement/investment accounts but now they are back ---LIfe is good.

  • 2 years? Only slightly better. We've gotten things ore paid off, but otherwise pretty much the same.
