i really do not know. But I would guess there is some sort of bleach that could be used for the skin. Check at the cosmetic counter at drug stores or department stores (too exp.) Or go online. I know that your upper lip gets bigger. Hence the saying "Long in the Lip".

I would consult with a dermatologist... As I am reaching 50.. I notice also "age spots" or sun spots on my face!! I checked with a plastic surgeon when I went to FL in June, but he disregarded my concern...... Because I live in Africa, dermatologist are not where to be found, so I try to protect my face with hats, and sun screen....
