Are your hands always feeling like ice?

Mine do occassionaly, not all the time. My grandmother used to tell me it was from low blood (which I am prone to anemia) and poor circulation (my feet and legs do "fall asleep" often when in the car or movie theatre). Are there any other reasons for it? It can be 70 degrees in the house and if I touch someone's arm they yelp and say"Your hands feel like ice!" They feel cold to me as well, almost to the point of numbness. Last night I actually slept on my stomach with my hands under my body touching my chest so that they could warm up. It felt like an ice pack against my chest.

  • I'm the same way! My sister in law will come and put my hands on her back or stomach on a hot day to cool herself =P My nose is always cold too. I never thought I might have something wrong with me though, I might have to check out some of the ladies suggestions as well.

  • My hands & feet are always cold & having osteo-athuritis, it makes the joints stiffen up so much more. I have to sleep on a heating pad & wear heavy socks just so I can actually get out of bed in the morning.
