How can I make a cute cat collar for my daughter? Without a sewing machine..

  • Fold a rectangle of cloth in have, right side to right side, lengthwise. Sew along the cut sides, or you can use an iron on fabric glue also. then you pull from the bottom of the rectangle to make the piece right side out. Then you can pin or velcro the ends together. It will be a fabric collar.

  • Black felt would be pretty sturdy....then you could hotglue velcro fasteners and a little bell. Super cute!

  • To make:
    Felt, ribbon, a shiny belt, cardboard, aluminum foil, construction paper.

    To fasten:
    Glue, tape, staple, safety pin.

  • The fabric glue works wonderfully. Felt is easy to use because the edges don't fray! You can double the flet over and use that glue and it will stick just fine. Also can glue pretty jewels on it with that glue!
