Do you work out while on your period? I don't because I find I have to stop in the middle to change when I do.

  • Maybe you could try Instead menstrual cups, they hold even more than tampons

  • Absolutely! I usually feel kind of lousy in the days leading up to my period, so I might not work out as long or as vigorously on those days, but once the visitor arrives, I'M BACK!!! And I exercise hard!!! I've never had to stop and change anything, but maybe your flow is heavier than mine. Do you use tampons? If not, that might help.
