  • Not VBAC, just a routine vaginal birth? It's 1-2% in a VBAC so I would think next to nothing in a non-VBAC situation...

  • vbac is less then 1%. fistulas' is actually more common in vaginal births (without a c-section scar) then a uterine rupture in a vbac. and still it's pretty small.
