  • birth control. ask about a specific one for periods to be made easier. i'm taking gynera currently and its great for periods.ask ur dr. about it.

  • Well exercise helps. Eating right, drinking enough water and caffeine free beverages. I have an iud and I have the joke of a period every three months or so.
