  • It depends on if I am making savory crepes or sweet crepes. Really the limit is only your imagination. My husband loves them savory with potato and bacon, or goat chees and bie with bacon. Sweet we love apples and cranberries, or apricots and ricotta.

  • If I make them for breakfast I fill them with jam/jelly/preserves (I love apricot) and drizzle a vanilla sugar glaze or powdered sugar on them, or I fill them with scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage or bacon, and rotel (like a breakfast burrito mix).  I've had them filled with scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese and drizzled with hollandaise sauce too.

If I make them for dinner I usually fill them with chicken.  Sometimes I use basically what I'd put in chicken enchiladas, and sometimes I make it a little more delicately spiced and cover with a cheese gravy type sauce.

  • You can put anything you like on crepes, from savory to sweet or anything inbetween, I make them with creamed spinach as a side dish.

  • Turo (kind of a cottage cheese, I guess, it's sweet and very good) or ground walnuts & chocolate sauce. It's the Hungarian way. LOL
