  • Depends on the cookie, soft and gooey chocolate chip, crispy chocolate mint, soft pumpkin cookies, crispy, chewy butter oatmeal cookies. crumbly thumb print cookies, big soft sour cream cookies, crumbly, cinnamon swirls....I could go on......

  • Soft for me, please.

    You can actually make fairly healthy oatmeal cookies with sunflower seeds, walnuts, raisins, etc. Sweeten with agave and/or a little molasses, apple juice concentrate, prune purée, etc. Do google for recipes and combine some that sound tasty.
