Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

have you heard that roasted pumpkin seeds can help you lose weight. I was told this today. So i was wondering if anyone has heard this and if it is true and if it is true is there a certain way you need to roast them and a certain amount you need to eat a day?

  • I hope they do! I've been eating a ton. They do seem to be an appetite suppressant so it makes sense.

  • They're healthy for you, but there isn't a magical food that will help anyone lose weight. I clean mine, soak them in a salt water bath for an hour, then toss with olive oil and roast at 400 degrees til golden.
