Is it bad to give baby oragel and tylenol at the same time?

I give them to my 8 month old before bedtime, but i worry it might not be good for him

  • it is fine to mix the 2. i asked my sons pediatrician about that at his last check up for 6 months.

  • I usually put Oragel on my sons gums & then a little later give him some Tylenol if he's still fussy. So no I don't think it's bad, they both relieve some discomfort but in different ways so they shouldn't affect eachother.

  • its fine the orajel is just numbing his gums. you can give him both.

  • Tylenol is not the best thing to give our babies, and Oragel just tasted really bad and is not natural. What has worked really well for my children and the infants I encounter as a LLL Leader is Hyland's Teething Tablets (all natural) and cold washcloths/teethers.
