Work at home jobs anyone?

I have been looking online for a work at home job and I cannot seem to find anything that work for me...
I need something that doesnt require a quite background, I have 2 small kids and a dog so its not always peaceful here.... I would talk on the phone if i was allowed to also have my kids near by....

Any ideas of a job?
Thanks

  • I know West at Home is a good company to work for. Its very legit and the pay is very good and steady. I do believe there is a background check and probably any job where your going to be on the phone is going to require a quiet office space. Maybe you could set something up and you could work during movie & nap time or teach them to be super quiet while you work. Good Luck

  • Any customer service/call center job is going to require a quiet environment. That just goes along with any type of at home job. Other than starting your own home daycare of selling stuff on eBay, I'm not sure of anything that's going to allow you to have your kids and pets in the same room as your business.

  • Do you have a former employer you could work for remotely?
You can search for jobs that match you skill set and have a telecommute option.
If you have a computer with high speed internet & Microsoft Office Pro & have at least intermediate MS Office skills, you should be able to find work as a virtual assistant (VA). For more information, go to http://www.ivaa.org/ http://www.iavoa.com/ http://www.vanetworking.com/
Do you have a skill or experience that you can turn into a home based business? I have a friend who makes children's hair accessories in her basement & sells them to boutiques.. My husband runs a handyman business from our home. I work from home with two lines of business; I do freelance bookkeeping & business organization, I also do career and job search coaching; additionally, I handle the business end of my spouse's business, and do medical billing and coding one day a week for one of my bookkeeping clients.
