  • Costumes are just that, costumes.
So keep them around for dress up and imaginative play time.
Get your money out of them!

  • Twice, and once for the costume my 6 year old wore last year. They have to be able to undress their outer clothes and keep their costume on underneath all morning before the classroom party. He's a firefighter this year and his plastic jacket is just too bulky and uncomfortable to go under clothing. He'll be a clown tomorrow.

  • I think twice - hubby's work had a family halloween gathering and then trick or treating.

  • My DD will wear hers a total of 3 times. My DS will wear his probably 2 times.
My DD got to wear hers to preschool before their fall break.

  • My answer:

DD has worn hers so far 6 times and we have at least 3 more times before the end of the Halloween season. After that, it's as many times as she wants to wear while playing dress-up.
