stove or crockpot

Are beans better cooked it the crockpot or on the stove?

  • I prefer them in the crockpot, "low and slow" heat seems to work the best for beans (at least for me!)

  • It depends on the kind of beans. I have a crock-pot recipe for pinto beans that my family loves. Other beans, we prefer to be cooked on the stove.
