Dead end job....

The pay sucks, they even did 1 dollar pay cuts on everyone. 1 dollar not much yet it adds up. you do all your work that's asked of you. And you even do there mechanical work. They don't offer you more money for helping them... Do you stay or leave, knowing there are hardly any jobs out there..

  • Never, never, never leave one job until you have another that pays better. As an employer I would always hire someone who was working another job ( and intending to give them notice) before I would hire someone who had just quit another job. Why would I hire someone who might do the same thing to me?

  • i wouldn't leave UNTIL i had another job lined up. A job is better than NO job.

  • Stay until you find another job. It's tough, but with today's economy a bad job is better than no job.

  • Wait until you find something else, then leave. Make sure you have another job FOR SURE. Where I live you are luck to have a job!! Good Luck.

  • Keep the job, look for another job in the meantime, and do as little work as possible!.......LOL......I mean, if they cut your pay, Then do less work?.......

    Hope that helps?

  • I would continue to do good work while looking for another job. Good luck! It's hard to be in a dead end job, but if you are a bad employee (like other comments suggest you should be), it makes the situation even worse.

  • I'd stay until I found something better. Have you thought about starting a home based business to supplement your income. Look into Juice Plus. I started working with this company to supplement income and now its all I do.
