Pumpkin seeds

I know a few people have posted this question here and there, but I wanted to ask how you make your pumpkin seeds. I've always soaked them in salt water and baked them, but I'd like to find a lower sodium option.

  • We used dill, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and curry...then drizzled some olive oil on top and mixed it all around. Then we stuck them under the broiler for about 4 or 5 minutes. Keep checking them, they burn easily.

  • I rinse in plain water, pat dry then spread then on a sheet pan. I lightly spinkle olive oil over top. Then I leave some palin, some I sprinkle with garlic powder, some I sprinkle with "West Texas Dust" which is a VERY hot spice mix my husband loves. Then a bake them.
