  • as a mom, a good multi vitamin with minerals. mineral are eccential for vitamin absorption so whatever you take mae sure it has minerals. And don't take a vitamin that is a solid, look more for a softgel, as you will get better absorption, with a hard pill you only get 5% absorbed. I take one from a company called Puritans Pride. You can find them online and they have great prices

  • Also a good b complex is essential, make sure it's a complex with multiple b's not just say b-12. Also I take a greens supplement b/c I know I don't eat enough veggies

  • Vitamins B, C, D (extra D in the winter); fish oil, borage oil, calcium-magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, probiotics.

  • I take Juice Plus. Fruits and vegetables in a capsule. It makes more sense to me to get the nutrients my body needs from whole food based nutrition instead of synthetic supplements. I don't like experimenting with my health. Mother Nature keeps it simple. I share Juice Plus with so many people I became a Rep with the company. I lost weight and feel great.

  • I take a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement, plus omega3 (flax seed oil and demineralized fish oil), extra B-complex, CoQ10, extra Magnesium, D3, and a variety of nutritional herbs.
