Last minute costume Ideas?

What is something quick and creative for a last minute halloween costume for an adult? I am sure most party city costumes are gone along with the other very overpriced costume store.

  • Hobby Lobby or Nobby's will have something to piece together.

  • Go check out your closet. Think about anything that you might want to be and see if you can piece something together (if you're missing one or two things, buy those since it will probably still be cheaper than an already made costume). I'm a gypsy this year. I got two of my peasant skirts (one bright colored one and one black, lacey one) and layered them (black one underneath, since it's longer), a pair of black lace up boots I've had for a few years, a beaded necklace my mom got me, a couple of other necklaces and rings I already had, then bought some cheap gold bangles, cheap gold huge hoops, beaded bangles, two scarves (one in teal and one in a golden color), and a cream colored shirt from a thrift store (for $2 brand new!). I spent about $18 on things that I wanted, but didn't have, and it's all things that I'll wear again. Well, I spent more if you count the makeup I bought, but it's stuff I wanted already, anyway lol.
