  • have you tried taking potassium supplements? I had that problem before and that helped immensely.

  • water water water and over all, fresh vine ripened fruits - your body is lacking vitamins and minerals when your muscles cramp - vine ripened fruit carry the vitamins and mienrals you need

  • I did the same thing when I was pregnant last time... Am only 4 1/2 months now so not yet, but... With him, I would get them every time i curled my toes or straightened my foot, there is really nothing you can do because your nerves and muscles are a little crazy when you're pregnant... Just gotta tough it out really... It really does suck though, been there and probably will be again soon... I have the cramps in my hips too... Do you get these? They suck worse then the feet...
