How to make turkey bacon crispy? Best kind of turkey bacon?

Everytime I cook turkey bacon it is hard and chewy. Is this the norm?

  • i use oil in a pan and fry it. the longer you let it cook the crispier it will be. and i use oscar mayar.

  • Many brands of turkey bacon has more sodium in it than low sodium and even regular bacon that it's almost healthier to eat the regular bacon. BUT Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon has about the same amount of sodium as low sodium bacon and less calories so if you choose turkey bacon that's what I'd go with...but just check your labels and try to pick one with 250mg or less of sodium per serving.

  • We buy it from Sam's Club. Just fry it like normal and it gets crispy. YUM
