  • any exercise needs to be discussed with your doctor while you are pregnant.

go for a work out that is specifically designed for pregnant women.

  • I would really ask your doctor. That way they can evaluate your health (even though you said you're in good health) and give you some good suggestions.
There are prenatal yoga DVDs. I would stay away from regular Yoga, however.

  • i did prenatal yoga on top of my work being on my feet all day. i would say that walking is the best exercise still. it will really help your labor.

  • no, I would stay away from REGULAR yoga, not prenatal. Obviously there are some moves that can't and shouldn't be done in pregnancy. They're not safe. ;) Of course, I'm a bum, and here I sit on my couch. lol. I need to get moving myself!

  • I sit in front of my computer a lot, and my last labor was easy but when i think about it i walked my butt off all the time, i just need to do that again... its just kinda hard when its really cold outside... ya know? loses my little bit of ambition

  • Walking. I would get on my hands and knees and stretch my back up and down. Now that I say it, it sounds bad lol... check with your OB.
