Who would this be held against in court?

This may be long. May have to CONT in replies, so bear with me. DD's bio dad yealled out to my husband when he was out, that you can't have KK(my DD). DH said I already have her(bout to go through adoption process).

  • If there is no police report, it will become a case of he said/he said. Your attorney should be able to handle this without any problem. Good Luck!

  • Friend get off the scooter. His friend grabs my DH up by his shirt and acted aggressive towards DH. So DH hit him. Who would that be held against? I'm in Indiana BTW. TIA!

  • Is there a police report on it? If not, then they cant prove anybody did anything.

  • if on your land , no one, because it was self defence, but if on public or on the other guy's then it's his for assault ( so i've been told)

  • i would think if someone put their hands on you = by grabbing. you would be allowed to defend yourself. but i am not a cop or lawyer.
