How do you get your back to stop hurting so much??

I am 37 weeks pregnant and nothing is working I know I am not in labor or anything like that I just want some of this pain to go away. Any ideas??

  • Try doing cat/cow yoga poses. It will help stretch out the muscles, which get sore, because we have to compensate for the weight shift when we're pregnant. You can also get an exercise ball and sit on there when you're sitting (that helped me a lot). Lots of back rubs from SO are also good! Hang in there, mama, you'll be done before you know it! =)
