How do I treat my motion sickness?

I went on a few rides today and I did this after a lunch. I went on a roller coaster which is where it began.
What I've done so far is take two aspirin and three tums all together. I just woke up after a two hour nap.
I still feel a little blaw.

  • I use dramamine if I am going to ride any rides.. and you can find it pretty much anywhere...

  • I have the same problem. Dramamine knocks me out completely. Talk to your doctor about scopolamine patches. They are a small circular sticker they put behind your ear. It works its magic for three days. They are a god send! But they are expensive ($15 a patch for my insurance) . I had mine put on after I got out of surgery (the anesthesia makes me particularly motion sick) and it worked perfectly! Also promethazine (phenegran) works really well, though not as well as the scop patches.
