What is the best way to clean my baby's ears?

I was just wondering the best way to clean my little one's ears? He had a little wax in one ear the other day that I was able to get out but, I was wondering if there was a proper way to keep his ears clean?

Thanks,
Kelly and Hunter

  • just a damp rag. You aren't suppose to put anything into their ears

  • I use the Johnson Safety Swabs. They work well and the way they are shaped they dont go in far, just far enough to get the wax out.

  • my doc said the only thing you should ever put in your ear is your elbow.........wax is there for protection, if it starts to come out, let it come out on its own but dont try to dig it out...
