I have the flatest hair in the world! It is soft and strait.

How can I add volume with out too much product? It makes my head so hot.

  • Flip your hair over and blow dry paying particular attention to the roots.

  • I am jealous. I have curly wild hair. If I had your hair, I would be doing some awesome braids that would life your hair and give it some really fabulous looks.

  • Use a light moisture, volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes regular shampoos can really stifle body. My favorites are Matrix Amplify, and Redken Clear Moisture. Then maybe the Amplify mousse in wet hair with a blow dry. Also try a dry shampoo as a styling aid. It makes my thin stringy hair have more texture, lift, and body and keeps my hair fresh.

  • I use sexyhair volume's really light. spray at your roots while wet and then on low or medium heat blowdry your hair up and away not down the way it wants to fall. Follow it up with a good holding hairspray. Also I had layers added to my hair and got it cut shorter, that adds volume right there! bol!

  • I read somewhere that if you color your hair that it expands the cuticle and gives your hair more volume. Try to find a shade close to what you have, and see if it helps.
