  • baby carrots, whole wheat crackers, apple pieces, one of my favorites: open faced peanut butter sandwich (can be on crackers) with raisins on top. They've shown that if you give kids fresh veggies and fruit, they'll eat them.

  • As long as you are eating healthy he could probably eat some of the same things as you.

  • I sometimes do wheat ritz crackers with a dab of honey. DS LOVES those. DS also loves those little vine tomatoes that come in the red mesh bag, black olives, any kind of fruit... with the fruit, I sometimes give him a not-so-healthy treat, I make a dip out of lowest fat sour cream I can get and light brown sugar... this recipe calls for cinnamon too... but I haven't tried it. Dill pickles are healthy too!

I also slice peel and slice cucumbers, onions, and celery and put in equal parts water and vinegar and a tbsp of sugar and refridgerate over night, yummy too!

  • Greek yogurt with granola and berries. Cottage cheese works well, too. Bananas, nori (seaweed), dried (unsweetened) fruit.... Whole wheat crackers with hummus.... Any kind of fruit, toast with peanut butter or almond butter (get the stuff you have to stir- it doesn't have all that palm oil in it).
