What do you do for Halloween?

Do you trick-or-treat? Do you visit the local harvest festival? Do you bake apples at home? This year, we're planning on doing apple cider and watching movies like "Hocus Pocus" and "Casper" because we're semi-expecting a storm this year. What are you doing?

  • It was funner when the kids were little, but as they get older the interest goes away and its just another night, except for the constant door-knocking from neighbors we otherwise never see the rest of the year

We used to go out trick or treating and go by grampas house and hang out.

  • The apples and cider and movies sounds really nice. We usually find out which churches in the area are having "Trick or Trunk" where the congregations opens up their trunks in the parking lot and the kids run around for candy. That's a nice safe alternative. The pumpkin patch is fun too.
