any home remedy for flu......?

  • Boiling water, honey, and lemon juice. Make it taste to your taste. BEST THING EVER

  • #1 are you sure it's the flu?

    #2 the flu is a virus and all you can do is let it run it's course.

    You can however look up home remedies for the individual symptoms you are having and treat those.

    Get lots of rest and fluids.

  • seconding the water, lemon and honey.
    Making sure you get PLENTY of water!
    A humdifier.
    Chicken noodle soup really is a great thing. add TONS of garlic. Also make sure you're getting lots of vitamin C.
    And make sure to sleep!!

  • By far the best thing for treating the flu is Vitamin D. Lot's and lots of it. Once you get the flu, take 2,000 units per kg of body weight as one dose daily for 3 days.

  • My God you all are love thanx for the advices it wasn't really getting better so know I am on
    antibioticsfor 10 days(which I hate but still have to take ughs)
    but really plenty of water honey lemon juice always worked for me only this time ...
