  • My favorite with white wine is a white peach sangria

2 ounces white zinfandel, 2 ounces peach schnapps, 3 ounces sierra mist (sprite or 7up) and mix. In bottom of glass, put fruit (peach slices, grapes, apples, etc) and pour beverage over fruit. This is for one drink.

  • 1 lemon, sliced
    1 orange, sliced
    1 apple, sliced
1 to 2 bottles Bonterra Chardonnay or other white wine
    Sugar to taste
    Ice cubes

Place sliced lemon, orange and apple in large pitcher and pour wine over top. Stir in sugar to taste, and add plenty of ice cubes. Let chill at least 10 minutes, preferably 30, before serving.
